Is wifi available?
Yes, we have free NBN wifi available 24/7.
What are the parking arrangements?
Each cottage/unit has off-street, undercover parking. The Elms has a fenced carport with a roller-door.
How do we pick up the keys?
Phone us, Tracy or David, on 0402 05 85 04 or 02 6772 5276 to alert us of your arrival in Armidale and we will meet you at your accommodation with the keys.
Does the accommodation have it's own laundry?
Yes, each cottage/unit has it's own private laundry facilities.
Do we accept pets?
No, we don't accept pets or other animals under any circumstance. A growing number of travelers appreciate knowing their accommodation won't have traces of hair or odors left by a previous guest's beloved animal.
Do we offer a discounted rate if you don't want the breakfast hamper?
No, the breakfast hamper is complimentary.
How do I secure a booking?
Please phone to ensure the dates are available. We take one-third of the total as your deposit via either Mastercard or Visa to secure the booking. The balance is generally taken on the morning of the day of your arrival however during peak times the balance is taken two weeks before the date of arrival.
What happens if I cancel the booking?
We happily refund your deposit less a $30 admin fee IF we are able to rebook the cancelled dates.
How do I pick up the keys?
Give us (Tracy and David) a call on 6772 5276 or 0402 05 85 04 when you arrive in Armidale and one of us will meet you at your chosen accommodation with the keys.
