Armidale Boutique Accommodation was established in 2003 with the aim of providing excellent self-contained accommodation for the discerning business, professional or pleasure traveller. Comfort, practicality and style go hand in hand.

How do we know we can deliver our aim? We periodically stay in our own accommodation to ensure everything is "just right" for your visit. All accommodation is heated or cooled by reverse-cycle air conditioning, with electric blankets and down doonas for Armidale's crisp, cold nights. Each kitchen is extensively equipped. We provide all the "extras" to make life that little bit easier.

A complimentary breakfast hamper is provided for your first morning and, with advance notice, we also cater for specific dietary requirements.

Free NBN WIFI is available in all of our accommodation.

The accommodation is within comfortable walking distance of Armidale's CBD, the Regional Art Gallery (NERAM), and the Conservatorium of Music (NECOM). The University of New England is an easy 12-15 minute commute by car, or buses are available - ask for a bus timetable should you require one. Situated on the southern side of the CBD, we are centrally located between the New England Girls School (NEGS) and The Armidale School (TAS) and approximately ten minutes drive from the Presbyterian Ladies College (PLC).

We happily cater for longer stays at our two townhouses, No's 1 and 2, at 13 Railway Parade, with very reasonable rates for extended visits.

All our accommodation is non-smoking. We don't accept pets or companion animals.
